Developing strategic sales plans and sourcing appointments through networking and cold calling.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance

  • Provide coaching, training, and support to team members, encouraging professional growth and development

  • Regularly assess and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
